QR code for wedding photos: card templates and wording

Create a printable wedding photo QR code card with clear upload instructions. Add your event QR image and print an English, German or Turkish template.

A beautiful card should also answer a simple question: what happens when I scan? Give guests a short invitation, a readable event QR code and reassurance that they do not need an app.

Make a printable card

Download the QR image from your Capture Core Moments event and add it to your preferred design. For ready-made designs and printed products, explore the event templates.

Three wording ideas

  • Photo collection: “See our day through your eyes. Scan to share your photos and videos. No app or guest account needed.”
  • Guestbook: “Leave us a memory: a photo, a message or a few words in your own voice.”
  • After the party: “Still have photos on your phone? Share your favourites with us before our upload period ends.”

Make the code easy to scan

Keep a clear border around the QR image, use strong contrast and avoid covering it with decorations. Test the final printed size with different phones under venue lighting. A code copied from another event will lead to that event, so check the destination before printing.

Where to put the cards

Tables, the welcome area and the photo corner are useful starting points. Our placement checklist helps plan quantities. Add a direct link to digital invitations for guests who prefer tapping.

If you use a live slideshow, explain that visible uploads can appear on the screen. Keep a phone-free ceremony separate from the reception's photo-sharing invitation.

Create your event, download your QR code and let guests upload photos and videos without an app.
