Can I book now and use it later?
Yes. Get your package whenever you’re ready, and choose the exact date your upload period should begin. That way, everything is set in advance, you can continue planning your event stress-free, and you can simply enjoy your day.
What if I change my mind?
We understand that plans can change. If you have only used your event within the limits of the free plan and have not exceeded those limits (for example, the photo upload limit), you can request a full refund within 30 days. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I switch to a bigger package later?
Of course! If you’d like more features or a longer storage period, you can upgrade at any time by paying only the difference! Your memories and settings will stay just as they are.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options—whatever feels easiest for you. All payments are handled through trusted providers with secure encryption, so your details stay private and protected.
Are there any ongoing costs?
No, there are no recurring fees. You make a one-time payment and keep access to your memories for the selected period.
