For birthdays and private parties
Birthday photo sharing with a QR code, no app needed
Collect birthday party photos and videos from every guest, show them in a live slideshow and keep them in one private gallery. Guests scan a QR code, with no app or account.
The party from every angle
At a birthday the best photos are taken by the guests: the surprise entrance, the cake, the speeches, the kids under the table. Capture Core Moments gives everyone one QR code that opens a private upload page, so those photos and videos land in one gallery you can relive the next morning.
Why it fits a birthday
- Zero setup for guests. Scan, pick photos, upload. Works for grandparents and teenagers alike, on any phone, with no app and no account.
- Live slideshow during the party. Cast the upload page to the TV and watch photos appear as people take them. It is a crowd favourite during the cake.
- Messages and voice notes. Guests can leave birthday wishes in writing or as a short recording, which makes a lovely keepsake for the birthday person.
- Likes and comments. Guests react to each other's photos on the upload page, which keeps people joining in.
- Private gallery. The host and any co-organizers see everything. Guests see only the upload page.
A simple plan for a birthday
- Create the event a week before and personalize the upload page with a photo and the birthday person's name.
- Share the link in the invitation group chat so early photos arrive.
- Print the QR code on a card for the table, or show it on the TV before the slideshow starts.
- Run the live slideshow during the party.
- Download all photos and videos afterwards and share your favourites with the guests.
For milestone birthdays and surprise parties
For a surprise party, share the upload page with guests in advance and ask them to upload their favourite photo with the birthday person. On the night, the slideshow becomes a tribute that everyone contributed to. For 18th, 30th, 50th or 70th birthdays, the voice messages are often the part people keep coming back to.
Children's birthdays
Parents can upload the photos they take of their own children, and the host keeps everything private. Nothing is posted to social media or made public.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on how many photos guests can upload?
No. On paid packages there is no upload limit. The package determines how long the upload and storage periods run.
Can I use it for a small party at home?
Yes. The free trial covers a small number of uploads so you can try it at a family dinner, and paid packages are priced once per event.
Can guests see the photos afterwards?
The full gallery stays private to the host. You can download the photos you want to share and send them to guests, or share the upload page link so guests can browse the uploads there.
