For weddings
Collect wedding photos from guests with a QR code
Collect wedding photos, videos and messages from every guest in one private gallery. Guests scan a QR code and upload from their phone, with no app or account.
Collect every wedding photo your guests take
Your photographer covers the big moments. Your guests catch the rest: getting ready, the quiet looks during the vows, the dance floor at midnight. Capture Core Moments gives them one wedding photo QR code that opens your private upload page, so guest photos and videos arrive in your gallery instead of staying on a hundred phones.
How it works on the day
- Create your wedding event and personalize the upload page with your names, date, cover photo and colours.
- Download your QR code and put it on the welcome sign, table cards and menus. Printed mini cards and table cards are available.
- Guests scan with their phone camera. The upload page opens in the browser, they choose photos or videos, and tap upload. No app, no account.
- Run the live slideshow on a screen during the reception so uploads appear as they happen.
- Afterwards, download everything in original quality as a ZIP.
Made for weddings
- Albums for each part of the day. Ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, getting ready, after-party. Guests choose the album, or you route everything into one.
- A digital guest book. Guests can write a message or record a voice note next to their photos.
- Co-organizers. Invite your partner, a parent or your planner to help manage the gallery.
- Private by default. Only you and your co-organizers see the full gallery. Guests see the upload page. Nothing is public or searchable.
- Original quality. Files are stored as uploaded, not compressed like in messaging apps.
- One-time payment. Choose a package with an upload and storage period that covers the wedding and the months after. No subscription.
Before the wedding
Share the upload link in your digital invitation or wedding website so photos from the bachelor and bachelorette parties and the rehearsal dinner arrive early. Test one upload on an iPhone and an Android phone, then print your cards. Our guide on where to place a QR code at your wedding has a full checklist.
After the wedding
Send the link once more with your thank-you note. Guests who forgot on the day will upload when reminded, and the upload period gives them time. Then download your backup and, if you like, turn the best photos into a printed photo book.
Frequently asked questions
Do my wedding guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the upload page opens in the browser. They choose photos or videos and upload in seconds.
Can we have separate albums for the ceremony and the party?
Yes. One wedding event has one QR code and as many albums as you like. You decide whether guests pick an album when uploading or everything goes into one.
Who can see the wedding photos?
The gallery is private to you and the co-organizers you invite. Guests only see the upload page and, if you enable it, the live feed.
How much does it cost?
Packages are paid once per event, with no subscription. The current prices and the upload and storage periods are on the pricing page. A free trial is available to test the flow.
Can we gift this to a couple?
Yes. A package can be bought as a gift voucher for a wedding, with a personal message and a code the couple redeems.
